Frequently Asked Questions

Every pet is a little different. This is why we offer a variety of options to ensure each bandana will have a comfortable fit!

It's very easy to underestimate how big our furry friends have grown... we still picture them as the little puppy or kitten we brought home! That is why we recommend visiting our sizing guide before you order. There you will find some helpful guidelines on sizing your pet! 

Each bandana is handmade to order, sizes and pattern may slightly vary. If you are still uncertain, or have questions about bandana sizing, please reach out to us at CanoodleCompany@gmail.com.  We'll be glad to offer guidance on which size to pick out!

 Our current processing time is 1-2 business days. Please note that this does not include shipping time, so keep that in mind if you are ordering for a photoshoot or special event! 

Also keep in mind that USPS has been experiencing delays due to COVID-19. This may impact when your order arrives, so be sure to allow a few extra days if possible. 

We are constantly trying to be as efficient as possible, however once your order has shipped it is out of our control - Canoodle Company does not guarantee delivery dates, and is not responsible for delivery delays by USPS.   

Typos happen, but not to worry!

If the address you entered at checkout is incorrect, please email us immediately at CanoodleCompany@gmail.com. If your package has not shipped, we can still fix your address!

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to international orders. Please note: Your order may be subject to delays as it passes through customs. Canoodle Company is not responsible for any delays due to customs processing.

We will accept returns for the following reasons:

If your order is defective or damaged.

Please note: Buyer must send a request for return within 14 days of the order being delivered - returns will not be accepted beyond this point.

Once we receive the return we will issue a refund to the buyer for the full cost of the order.

We will accept exchanges for the following reasons:

Buyer would like to exchange for a different sizeOrder is defective or damaged and buyer would like a replacement

Please note: Buyer must send a request for exchange within 14 days of order delivery, and must return the item to be exchanged within 30 days of order delivery. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs and price differences that may apply. Item must be returned in its original condition.

Once we have received the item to be exchanged, we will ship the replacement on the next business day. 

Custom/Personalized/Digital Download Orders

We will not accept returns or exchanges for custom/personalized/digital download orders unless they arrive damaged or defective. This is simply due to the unique nature of these items.

We recommend hand washing/spot cleaning only and laying bandana flat to dry. Washing machines can be rough on the material, and the dryer can shrink the material, altering the fit!
