Shipping policy

What is your processing time?

Our current processing time is 2-7 business days. Please note that this does not include shipping time, so keep that in mind if you are ordering for a photoshoot or special event! 

We are constantly trying to be as efficient as possible, however once your order has shipped it is out of our control - Canoodle Company does not guarantee delivery dates, and is not responsible for delivery delays by USPS.   

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Who is responsible for customs and import taxes?

Canoodle Company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Please note: Your order may be subject to delays as it passes through customs. Canoodle Company is not responsible for any delays due to customs processing.



Damages

Canoodle Company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.









What is your return and exchange policy?

 We will accept returns for the following reasons:

  • If your order is defective or damaged.

Please note: Buyer must send a request for return within 14 days of the order being delivered - returns will not be accepted beyond this point.

Once we receive the return we will issue a refund to the buyer for the full cost of the order.

We will accept exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Buyer would like to exchange for a different size - does not apply to custom items
  • Order is defective or damaged and buyer would like a replacement

Please note: Buyer must send a request for exchange within 14 days of order delivery, and must return the item to be exchanged within 30 days of order delivery. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs and price differences that may apply. Item must be returned in its original condition.

Once we have received the item to be exchanged, we will ship the replacement on the next business day. 

Custom/Personalized/Digital Download Orders

We will not accept returns or exchanges for custom/personalized/digital download orders unless they arrive damaged or defective. This is simply due to the unique nature of these items.
